6. Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

Return & Exchange Policy

Because our order fulfillment system with our global suppliers is automated, we can only cancel or modify an order within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the package may have already been processed and shipped, and you will need to follow the standard return process after delivery.
